...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Jumping in to 2008
I went up to the gym to meet with my trainer. I didn't quite feel like going but needed to get back into the schedule of working out with the trainer. We worked on biceps, shoulders, lats and some abs with scissor kicks.
