It was a very windy day and I headed out to do my miles. I had 9 to do this week. My plan was to run up to the gym do 3 on the treadmill and come home. I had gotten to around the first mile and was so discouraged about the wind and how it was making it difficult to run so I ended up walking to the gym. Did a combination of walk run on the treadmill and headed back home. On the way home the wind had picked up. I had to either carry my hat or hold onto the hat on my head. This was a very discouraging workout.
