My plan was to go to the gym and do 4 miles on the treadmill but at the half way mark I had a headache which didn't make it fun to run. I came home and looked at my training worksheet and it said that I needed to do 3 so I either will make up the 1 mile tomorrow or I will add it onto my run on Sunday. I will probably just do it tomorrow since Sunday's run is all ready 9 miles ( I could do 10 on Sunday but if I don't have to.) Tomorrow Allie's soccer team plays in a tournament if they win their games tomorrow then they will be playing on Sunday so then I will have to rethink when I am going to get the miles in. I finished my 2 miles in 30 minutes (2.06 in 31 minutes) with an average pace of 15 m/m.

Don't worry so much if you are one mile off for this week. The important thing is your consistency (which you are doing great on), and the long day run. Have a good run tomorrow!
