...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Cardio Day
My plan for the day was to take Allie to her soccer practice and then head to the gym to do some cardio. Well the weather changed my plans soccer practice got canceled and then I was thinking that it would be nice to just stay home. NO I couldn't break a promise that I had made to myself and so I headed up to the gym. I started out on the treadmill for 10 minutes alternating between 1 minute at 6.0 and 2 minutes at 4.3. Then I headed to the bike and did 20 minutes on the hill setting.

Christy, great choice to not skip your workout! Your pace is improving, too. Keep this up and you can get to your sub-30:00 5K goal.
