...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Friday's workout.
Today was my weekly training session day with my trainer Ben. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it since my lower back was hurting me (only on my left side). I decided to go and let him know that I wasn't up to doing alot. We started the session out with some stretches which helped my back. The concentration was on shoulders, triceps, biceps and abs. I finished up by doing cardio. I did the eliptical machine for a change and did interval setting. I focused more on trying to have my heartbeat in a certain range.

I really like the elliptical as a break from running!
Ben sounds like a pretty good trainer. He seems to really know your limits (and also your stubborness)!
