Today I went up to the gym and worked out with the trainer. It had been over a couple weeks since I last worked out with him. It was time to work my legs which I don't like to do. I started out doing step ups for a couple of minutes and then we went to the squat machine. I started out with 90 pounds and worked on my hamstrings and then Ben added 90 more pounds. My head started to tell me that I couldn't lift 180 pounds and of course I started to freak out and told him that I couldn't lift that much. Ben said that I could do and then he said that he could change the weights out to 4 25 lbs weights and of course I said that the 180 lbs were just fine. I did 7 reps for 4 times (each time he took off a weight) then I did 12 reps with out any weight on the squat machine. Then it was onto squats, lunges and sumo squats. I finished up with walking lunges.
Today was a good workout day.
