Friday's workout

I have scheduled Friday's to be my day that I workout with my trainer Ben. Since I am only training with him one day a week he tends to have the session be one that works the whole body and not just one part of the body. We started off doing step ups and then moved onto stepping up and over a step bench for a minute. Then we moved onto side squats down up and down the gym and then onto lunges going up and jogging back. I did do some ab work out and then much to my surprise towards the end of my session I had about 5 minutes left and was asked whether I wanted to end the session or do one more workout and of course I opted to doing one more workout which was back extensions.
