I have decided that I am going to sign up for the Butterfly Boogie and take some babysteps in getting my goal of running a 5k race in 30 minutes. I looked at my school schedule and decided that I needed to make going to the gym a priority in my schedule. I went up to the gym on Tuesday when I was finished with work and got on the treadmill and did 1 mile for 16 minutes and then I decided to do some weights as well. So my game plan is to work out 3 maybe 4 times a week which is very doable.
