...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Wednesday's workout
I went up to the gym with the plan of running on the treadmill but my foot was hurting me so I decided to hop on the bike. I don't normally workout on the bike and I lasted for 20 minutes and did 7 miles.
