I worked out with the trainer and we did a bunch of different exercises. We worked on legs with alternating lunges, squats, squats with a medicine ball, mountain climbers ( I need to learn to like these), shoulder presses, back presses, decline crunches and then some other exercises that worked on my abs as well. Before I knew it my half hour session was over.
Goals for next week:
Work on my Nike Plus challenge
Try one of the exercise classes that was recommended by one of the teachers which is a whole body workout plus abs (she says you will feel it the next day) since I won't be having my training session this week.
I think that is enough to work on for the following week.

Be careful with those ab classes - I did a Pilates class for the first time last Thursday and I am still feeling it in my abs!
How is the Nike+ plan? I've never acutally seen their challenges, so I'd be interested to see what you are doing with that! Be sure to post about it!
