After being out sick for two days I was feeling better so I decided to keep my training session with Ben. We worked the whole body starting from legs and finished up with some abs. We started the session off with walking lunges and then backward lunges. and then we moved on to squats with shoulder presses. Then it was on to biceps, wood chops, and then finished up with sit ups and bridges.
I warmed up on the bicycle which is something that I normally don't warm up which is something that I need to do.
