It seems like today was a very stressful day with trying to get a project finished that was due today. After class I decided to go up to the gym to try and work off some of my stress. I started out on the treadmill and was able to run a quarter mile the whole way through without walking so I walked one loop and than ran one loop. I did this for 1 mile in 15:50 not bad for not doing that for awhile. Then I decided to work on my arms and shoulders with the weight machines.
Afterwards I felt better.

Isn't it amazing, once you figure it out, that exercising really does help with stress?
