Friday's Training Session

I went up to the gym and warmed up for a few minutes before my training session started. Today's workout was a harder workout than before. Ben started the training session out with squats, I had to do 30 reps at a quick speed and then it was straight over to working the arms. Then onto my favorite scissor kicks. I also had to hold a 45 lb. weight and walk quickly around the weight machines. It was a nice training session and surprisingly I am not as sore as I thought I was going to be the next day.
