Friday workout

Today's workout was quite interesting. First of all I started out doing a lot of lunges up and down the gym [that's what I get for not warming up before my training session :) ]. Then we did a bunch of other exercises concentrating on shoulders,triceps and back extensions. Through out the session we talked about eating which I know that I could do better on so I was issued a challenge for the week to eat more fruits and also to start taking a multi vitamin. So I am going to try the challenge.
