Wednesday's workout

Since school is out for me I have decided to try and do two workout sessions with Ben my trainer. Today I got to the gym early since I needed to run 2 miles from Monday and then my 2 miles for today. I knew that I didn't have time to do 4 miles before my training session so I pushed the 5k button on the treadmill. I ran some and then walked some I keep the speed at 4.1 with an incline of 1.0. I did the 5k in 46 minutes at a pace of 14.48 ( I was suppose to do a 16.37 m/m for my 2 miles).
Then it was time for my training session. We worked on chest, arms, triceps and some biceps. As I am writing this my arms sure do feel sore.
Challenge update: I have gotten in more fruits in for Monday and Tuesday. I haven't gotten the multi-vitamin yet?
