Friday's Workout

Friday was such a crazy day and I almost forgot my training session which would of been a bad thing. I had a good training session even though there was a new trainer following Ben for the session which of course I didn't really like. Today was leg day since it had been a while working on legs.. couple different squats, leg presses, hamstrings, did some ab work. Also started off with toe touches, high kicks, wide lunges to stretch the legs out, backwards lunges.

Fruit Challenge: I have completed this challenge every day this week.
