I went to the smart coach on runners world.com and figured out a game plan. I was suppose to start yesterday but was busy getting things ready for the Recognitions Event at the Service Unit Leader meeting for Girl Scouts. They awarded me with Outstanding Leader (my co-leader also was awarded this as well which was really cool).
Instead of having a rest day I did yesterday's workout which was 2 miles. I was all set to use the Nike Plus but for some reason my ipod will not pick up the sensor so I am not sure if the sensor is defective or that my ipod just doesn't want to be hooked up to the Nike Plus sensor. I did this in 40 minutes which wasn't bad considering that my foot was starting to bother me. I walked a lot in the first mile and then coming back I alternated between walking and running between the signs on the city paths.

Yay! You got a plan! As soon as my Ladies Run is done on Monday, I am also going to re-start my plan for the next big challenge! Congrats on your award, too!
Great job on starting up your plan! I like the smart coach ones, they are pretty good.
