Hard Workout of the week

Some weeks I look forward to Fridays and other weeks its oh no its Friday. This was one of those days that it is oh no Friday's. I kept my weekly training session . Ben wanted to do a leg workout which would of been fine except that my mom and I are running the Faith Run in the morning which I would like to be able to have a better time than last year but we will see. It has been a while since I have done a race.
Anyway we worked on chest, shoulders, triceps. Which was a good workout and then we finished up with walking push ups up past the machines. Then finished up with regular push ups. Which I am not very good at. I was able to do 7 push ups on my toes and then did 5 more with my knees on the ground.
