Recap for the week

Garsh I can't believe that the week has gone by to fast.
Wednesday was my day for training with Ben which we concentrated on shoulders, biceps, and then some ab workout. We always start the session out by working on flexibility by doing high kicks, stretching lunges, and then we did a couple of jogs with the knee going up in the air and then also where I am trying to kick my butt with my foot. This was also the day that I signed my daughter up for the gym as well since she has been waiting to for a while to use the gym.

Friday Allie and I went up to the gym. She decided to do 5 minutes on the treadmill, stair stepper, bicycle, treadmill. While she was on those I was on the treadmill and got in about a mile since I had to stop the machine to help her out with the stair stepper. Then we finished up on the elliptical machine.

Saturday we went up to the gym this morning. I did the treadmill while she did the elliptical and treadmill. I did 2 miles at a 15:30 pace.

That is cool that Allie wants to work out with you - we have been trying to get the boys enthusiastic about running, to no avail.
