Monday's workout

On Monday I went up to the gym to do a workout. I had seen in Muscle Fitness for her a 10 minute cardio plan for the elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine,stair stepper. I tried the 10 minute on for the elliptical machine boy was it harder than I thought. Then I followed it up with the weight machines and worked on my legs.
