...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Wednesday's workout
I trained with a new trainer today since Ben had to cancel my training appointment. We worked on legs which it had been awhile since I've done legs. We did lunges with weights in my hands, squats with the ball, and then did sit ups with side twists.
