
I saw this on another site and thought that I could give it a try since push ups are not one of my favorite things to do. I took the initial test to see which level that I should be doing. I haven't quite gotten the hang of the program but I did do day ones which was 4 reps of 2 and one of 3. I ended up doing 11 push ups (5 in a row).
Week 2 total miles: 0
