Last night Allie and I went up to the gym. I started out on the treadmill and did 1.27 miles in 19:05 which was a 15:23 pace. I am trying to work up to running .5 miles at one time which I get almost there and then I need to slow down and walk. I am still working on my goals that I had set for myself to be able to accomplish by the end of the year and one of these is running a mile without stopping. The other one is to run a 5k race under 40 minutes (this one has me kind of worried since most of my 5k times have been around 46 minutes).
I decided to try the first day again of the 100 push up challenge this was a little easier than Monday.
