I went up to the gym in the morning to get my run/walk in since I waited to long to get outside. I did 2 miles. I decided that I would alternate my walk/run by how long a song was just to change it up.
In the afternoon I had a session with my trainer Ben (the last time I had a training session was before I left for vacation). It was a good session we worked on arms so I didn't do my push ups for the day. I have actually been quite tired to do them so I will start them back up on Monday with week one again.
