I had my two sessions this week with my trainer Ben. Monday we worked on abs and arms. This was a good workout and I thought that my arms would be really sore. I did some cardio on the elliptical machine.
Wednesday was leg day and boy were my legs sore. I warmed up on the treadmill for ten minutes before my session. I did .50 miles. I did the squat machine , lunges, hamstring. Then afterward I went and walked on the treadmill for 20 miles for 1.50 miles.
Total miles for the week: 2 miles.
