I went up to the gym to do my run/walk on the treadmill. I always go to the treadmill that is the last one so that way I will only have one person beside me. I started out and looked up at the television which had ESPN on and they were showing the Brussels track and field events. I did 3 minutes of running with 2 minutes of walking. I had a hard time running while the long jump and the high jump were being done. I stopped a couple of times to take a sip of water and decide if I wanted to stop the treadmill and use the restroom. When I looked at how long I had been on the treadmill I talked myself into finishing it out. I did 2.01 miles in 30 minutes with a 15 m/m pace.
