For some reason today I was feeling very exhausted. I didn't have a hectic day at work but then again last week was probably catching up with me (lot of late nights). I was thankful that I had a training session today to get me up to the gym otherwise I would of talked myself out of going to the gym.
Today was arm day we did some with the machines and then I did a couple squat exercises as well. One of them was holding dumbbells and when I squatted down I brought them in up in front of my body. The other one I would squat down and then press up using the weighted bar.
After my session I headed up to the treadmill to do some alternating running with walking. I started out running a minute and for some reason I had a sharp pain by my knee. I ended up walking the whole time but I did raise the incline to a 6.5 for a quarter mile and then I dropped the incline. I ended up walking 1.97 miles in 32 minutes not bad for feeling so sluggish.
Total miles for the week: 1.97
