Monday September 1st.
I had a training session with Ben. He had me doing some squats, overhead presses, bicep curls, lunges holding weights in my hands, hamstring curls and then we also did some ab exercises. Then I did 15 minutes on the bike.
Wednesday September 3rd.
I was suppose to have a training session but didn't due to time restrictions.so I decided to do cardio instead. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and then did 15 minutes on the step mill.
Saturday September 6th
I went up to the gym to do some running/walking on the treadmill. I had decided before I got into the gym that I was going to alternate between walking and running. I had gotten into a good grove of walking and running and then I had to stop and go to the restroom. I didn't count this in with my total. I started back on the treadmill pushed the manual setting and entered a time of 30 minutes for my session. I ran 3 minutes and walked 2 minutes up in till the end when I talked myself into finishing out running which was 4 minutes. I was able to get in 2.06 miles in 30 minutes for a pace of 14:38. I finished up with some ab work and then some stretching. I am trying to make a conscious effort to stretch after I work out since this is something that I skip most of the times.
