
Thursday I was suppose to do 3 miles but just didn't get it in with Allie having a choir concert so I told myself that I would do it Saturday since I was feeling very exhausted on Friday.
I put on my running shoes and headed out the door. I started out and remembered that I should of brought the flashlight. I headed down the path to Briarhill and then I took the sidewalks to Remington and then to my house. I came straight in and mapped my walk on mapmyfitness.com. I wasn't happy that I didn't get in 3 miles just missed it by.45 miles so I will tack that on to the workout tomorrow. I was going to run 3 minutes and walk 2 minutes but for some odd reason my right knee and shin started to hurt me so I just walked the rest of the miles (better to get the miles in then to not do anything.)
I did this in 1 hour.
