Today I was suppose to do 3 miles and then I had to make up 2 miles from this week. I went up to the gym with that as my mission and started out after 1 mile I had accidentally hit the stop button on the treadmill so when I started the treadmill back up I just decided to hit the 5k button on the treadmill. I started with walking 2 minutes and running 3 minutes. Then when I was close to the 3 mile mark I ran the rest of the way which was .25 miles. Yeah!! I stopped the treadmill and restarted it back up for the last mile and did the same thing walk 2 minutes run 3 minutes and then I only had .25 miles left and wanted to finish it in 15 minutes so I ran that as well.
Miles today: 5 miles in 75 minutes with a 15 minute pace
Miles for the week: 7
