This was my last training session with Ben. We worked on legs and abs today. He had me hold weights in my hands and place them on my shoulders and do squats. In between the squats I had to hold a weight in my hands and stay standing straight(so not leaning to the side that I was holding the weight.) So needless to say it was a really hard workout. Ben did recommend a couple of trainers that he thought would work for me. On Monday I have my first training session with Billy. Before my training session I did 2 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes so still at 15 pace.
