Thursday July 2nd

Today I had a training session with a new trainer his name is Mark. My mom had a session with Mark and had come home and said that she thought he was really good. I knew that I needed to start using my sessions not much use if they are just piling up and not being used. The session was a good one we did exercises for the whole body as a test to see what I could do. Through out the session he kept telling me that I had good form and that I was strong ( I didn't even know that I had good form or considered myself strong so that was very surprising.) I signed up for another session on Saturday.
