Traning Session and Cardio

Last week I decided that I should try and get one more workout with the trainer so this week I have three sessions with Mark instead of two. Today I had a training session with Mark. We worked on legs and abs today and boy was it a hard workout. I was sweating after one exercise. He had me do some walking lunges and then followed by 30 squats and then some more lunges. I also did leg extensions, wall squats and then some crunches and finished up with bicycle crunches for a minute.
After my training session I went upstairs to do cardio and really tried to do it on the treadmill but my legs were really feeling like jello and I didn't want to fall off the treadmill so I decided to use the bike for my cardio session for 30 minutes and got 4.22 miles in.

Miles for the week: 2.88 (7.1 including bike miles)

Good job! I hate that jello feeling - especially when I have to bike back home after working out! Oh well, I guess it is a good sign.
