Second Week- Sunday's workout

I was mentally talking myself out of going up to the gym. I had been chatting with a good friend for a while and we ended with her being quite bossy and telling me I needed to get up to the gym. (Thanks for the push that I needed).
When I got to the gym I headed upstairs and was able to get a treadmill. I decided to listen to Pandora Internet radio while I worked out. Pandora is an app that I have on my IPhone and it is really quite neat you can put in an artist, song or composer and it will come up with a radio station that has songs that are similar to what you have inputted in your search. I was listening to Bowling For Soup Radio. I decided to walk for 3:50 and run for 1:10 minutes and the last ten minutes of my workout I walked 3 minutes and ran 2 minutes. I did this for 47 minutes and had an average pace of 16:12 and did 2.88 miles.
