
I just started using the Nike+ with my IPod and love it. I have missed listening to Zac Brown Band radio station on Pandora while I've been working out but I don't miss the interuption of my phone going off while working out. I went up to the gym with my mom today and did cardio today. I normally punch in my time that I want to do on the treadmill but instead used the custumized button on Nike+ and did the 5k program. I think I may just use this since you can pause your workout if you have to use the bathroom and then can start where you paused it instead of starting over using the treadmill as the program.
I did finish week 1 of the new training program that I am doing to help me become a runner. Next week I move onto week 2 which is walking for 5 minutes and running for 3 minutes. I have also joined a challenge on the Nike+ website called Run Run to see how many miles you can run in a month so should be intresting to see how many miles I can do for this challenge.
