Moving onto the second week of running program

I went up to the gym with my mom today. I wasn't sure if I was going to start the second week of the program that I started last week. So I started nike+ program on the ipod and started with my warm up. The difference between the treadmill and the ipod is that the treadmill has a higher distance but slower time than the nike+program so I tend to use the time on the treadmill to keep up with the intervals and look at the distance on the ipod evntually will just use the time and distance on the ipod. The Second weeks program is 5 minute warm up and then walk for 5 minutes and run for 3 minutes and then repeat this for 4 times. I was able to get through the first 3 minutes of running and then when the second time came around my brain was trying to tell me that my legs were tired and that I couldn't run for 1 more minute but talked my self into finishing the minute since by then I had 30 seconds left. Towards the end of the program my legs were feeling very tired.
I finished this in 34 minutes for 2.04 miles with an 16:38 pace.
