Sunday and Monday's workout

Sunday my mom and I went up to the gym after Allie's soccer game and did another one of Jillian's cards. The card I picked was workout #2 and it seemed really hard. I guess it was because I was tired from sitting out in the heat watching her game or it could of been that we got home late from going to the Lewisville Rodeo the night before. This workout had us doing a lot of lunges,some squats and a couple of crab walks and reverse planks.

Monday I went up to the gym for cardio. I decided that I was going to run on the treadmill and did a 5K for the distance using the Nike+. I ended up doing 5.17K in
48:01 minutes.
I haven't been up to the gym since then with having class yesterday and then not feeling up to it. I have been very tired the last couple of day.
