Sunday's Workout

It is Sunday which means that it Jillian's workout cards with my mom today. We had decided to go in order from week 1 to week 9 so today's would have been week 5 but we had all ready done this one before so decided to move onto week 6. We didn't have any problems with this one and were able to do all of it. One of the exercises we had to do was the jump squat and I was able to do one more than the previous time.
