Tuesday I went up to the gym after my class and did my walk/run program on the treadmill for 22 minutes for 1.33 miles. I wasn't feeling that great mostly was exhausted so I made deal with myself that I could go for 20 minutes and if I was still tired then I would quit.
Friday I went up to the gym to do cardio. I have been dealing with bad allergies so haven't felt that great during the week. I was really tired and thought that maybe working out with give me some energy. I was wrong I lasted for 15 minutes on the treadmill for 1.01 miles (of course I couldn't use my nike plus because I forgot to put the piece that fits on my ipod back on the ipod.)
I can't believe that I have logged 54.32 miles from August 7th to October 6th.
