Another Training Session!

Today was lower body workout. I started off at the leg press machine, leg raises,step ups, lunges, wall sits and calf raises. My legs were tired by the time the session was over. Then I headed upstairs to do about 30 minutes on the treadmill. I did 5 minutes of walking with 6 minutes of running three times (after 4 minutes I had to tell myself that I only had 30 seconds left four times).
