It has been a while since I have blogged due to some crazy couple of weeks of school work. The semester is almost over and so that means projects are starting to be due. Hopefully I can get some things done while I am off from work and then I won't have to worry about the due dates sneaking up on me and only having a couple of hours of sleep.
My mom and I had went up to the gym today to do the Jillian workout we did workout #2 this week and it wasn't that difficult. The crabwalks and reverse planks I just wanted to not do since they put pressure on my wrists but ended up doing them but not as many as the card said to do them. Then when we were finished with the workout we did the box jumps. I am using the step that you using in aerobics and have raised it up with 7 of the legs on it. Then we headed up to the treadmill to do some cardio which I was having problems doing for some reason my chest started to hurt and made breathing kind of hard hopefully I am not coming down with a cold. I was pretty bummed this afternoon since I didn't make my goal of running 30 miles in four weeks but when I logged on to Nike plus it let me extend it for a week so I have 5.87 miles to go before I hit 30 miles which I will probably have it done before the week is over.
