Sunday's workout

For the last couple of Sunday's I have been using Jillian's workout cards. This Sunday I was really tired and decided to just go up to the gym and use the treadmill. I decided that I was going to walk for 5 minutes and run for 5 minutes. When the running time came my brain was telling me that I couldn't do it at 2.5 minutes so I started telling myself that I only had 30 seconds left and then another 30 seconds in till I got to five minutes. I hope I wasn't talk out loud to myself if I did I don't think anyone noticed since the gym only had a few people using the treadmills. I ended up with 3.33 miles. Hopefully I will be able to accomplish my goal of running 30 miles by November 22nd. Only 25 miles to go.....
