...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Jillian Card workout without my mom
My last workout was last week with my mom and we did workout number 9 card. Since we have gone through the week workout cards we have decided to just repeat them. So needless to say I got the cards together and went up to the gym without my mom (she is on a nice little trip). There were some exercises that I couldn't do the whole reps for but I know that I did one more than the last time. It's a whole lot easier to listen to your mind telling you that is all you can do but if you have a workout partner they are pushing you to try and do one more each time. I missed that this week. At the end of circuit one and two you had to do a one minute sprint on the treadmill at 7.0 speed I did it the first time and then I didn't really want to do it the second time( I talked myself into to doing it so that was a plus usually my brain wins out on stuff like this.) Then when I was done I headed upstairs to the treadmill but as I was walking up the steps my legs felt like real shaky so I hopped on the elliptical machine and did 20 minutes on it.
