The last couple of weeks have been quite busy with getting final projects done for my classes. I haven't not worked out but just haven't blogged about them. Last Sunday was my workout with my mom and the Jillian workout cards. I was doing one of the exercises and another gym member was trying to tell me that I wasn't doing it correct and which type of exercise was I doing? We answered that we were doing a Jillian workout he decided to leave us alone with any more comments. Then we headed upstairs to have some treadmill time.
Tuesday after class I decided to go to the gym afterwards and just do the treadmill but was having some issues no water (I forgot to bring some with me and my throat being a little sore) so I only lasted 15 minutes.
Friday- went to the gym to do some cardio and was quite disappointed that my ipod didn't have a full battery so I wasn't able to record my full workout. I have challenged myself to run/walk 40 miles in 5 weeks my deadline is January 2, so I still have some time to be able to finish this. I ended up doing 3 miles of running/walking.

Sounds like a good goal - I really like to keep track of my mileage throughout the year. Have a good week - when can you finally relax?
