Sunday Again

It's Sunday again which means that its time for the weekly workout with my mom using the Jillian cards. We did week 2 and there were a lot of lunges. One of the exercises I couldn't do all the way due to my wrist hurting it was the crabwalk. Then we went up and did 3 1 minute at 10 incline at 5.5 speed that we were suppose to do at the end of three of the circuits. I ended up doing 2o minutes on the treadmill for 1.39 miles.
