My mom and I hadn't done a Jillian workout in about a month. So we started back with workout 1 and gosh I didn't remember it being so hard. I did all the workouts except for the one minute sprints on the treadmill due to my legs hurting from all those squats and lunges. I finished up with 30 minutes on the bike (gosh that's the most I have done on the bike since I don't really like this machine. )
