It has been cold in Texas which has made not really want to get out and do anything. Last Saturday I had a training session so I had to get up. I did upper body exercises with some lunges and squats. Ryan does his training in circuit style which is different from other trainers that I have had. So we usually do three sets of three different exercises. I usually get to do two different rounds within my thirty minutes.
Monday- I had another training session which was back and shoulders. I had to do some pull ups which was hard to do but for the first time in a year my wrist didn't hurt when doing this exercise so at least I know that it has gotten stronger in the last year ( it has been over a year since I had broken my wrist rollerskating and no I haven't gone back and tried rollerskating since then :) )
Wednesday- Another training session and was excited to be trying a new exercise that I had seen in the Oxygen magazine but didn't have the courage to try on my own. It is where you are a smith machine and pulling yourself up from the floor kind of a reverse pull up. I could only do 10 reps but it was so much harder than the assisted pull up.
I have my last training session today so will see what exercises I do today.

Great for you! I just started NRL4W - it is hard! I will save the Jillian box for after I finish that program. Let's try and skype each other this weekend - keep your laptop on tomorrow, okay?
