Week 5 of Transform Yourself Challenge

I am at the half way point of this challenge and was very nervous with the new exercises but went up to the gym to try them out.
It was back and Abs today...
wide grip pull up ( used the assisted pull up machine) 3 sets of 10,8,6 reps.
close-grip seated cable row 3 sets of 10,8,6 reps
Dumbbell pullover 3 sets of 10,8,6 reps
plank 3 sets of 30 seconds for each set
V-sit 3 sets of 30 seconds for each set.

I decided to not do any cardio today since my legs were still sore from Saturday's workout.
