Wednesday's workout

I planned to get to gym early enough to get my 30 minutes of running/walking in but for some reason that didn't happen. So I warmed up on the treadmill for 5 minutes and then went over to the stepmill for 5 minutes. Then it was time for my sesion with the trainer. We worked on legs today and finished up with some exercises for my abs. Then I waited till it was cooler to get my 30 minutes in which by then my legs really felt like bricks. I ended up walking 4 minutes and running for 1 minute. I almost wanted to quit but I told myself that this could be what my legs may feel like after 10 miles of walking and running the Disney half marathon. So that motivated me a little bit. I am making progress of my goal this week of 5 workouts 2 down and 3 more to go.

Good job on telling yourself to keep going! That's exactly how your legs might feel during the half marathon...and now you know how to handle it. Keep up the great work!
