Since I had the day off from work I decided that I was going to get up to the gym. I did 5 minutes on the treadmill for a warm up before I got on the elliptical machine . I did 18 minutes of intervals from level 1 to level 8 for a total of 1.40 miles. I went down and used some of the weight machines.
 Lat pull down 55 lbs - 12 two times
  chest press  pyramid
               55lbs 12
               45 lbs 12
                40 lbs 12
fly          50 lbs 12 two times
tricep pull down 40lbs 12  two times
finished up with push ups 12 two times.
